Meet Dawn Urrutia!

Dawn is a 2010 Social Sciences, Magna Cum Laude Spalding Alumna who is making the world a better place by bringing folks together through her love of baking pies and making a difference in children’s lives. Dawn has a pie shop in Louisville; Georgia’s Sweet Potato Pie CO that USA TODAY named the best pie shop in Kentucky! Although Dawn loves baking, her passion lies in helping children. During the week, Dawn works as an early childhood educator. She also has a Pie with a Purpose initiative that gives away free books to children that promote diversity, inclusion, and love. A big thank you to Dawn for her outstanding service to the community!
